Our sales team met Chef Guy Mitchell, from The White House Chef Tour, at a recent tradeshow. Based on his thoughts below, we think it’s safe to say he’s a fan of Cosmos Creations!

March 1, 2013 (Junction City, OR)— KOF-K Kosher Supervision, one of the world’s most widely respected kosher certifiers, has certified Cosmos Creations premium puffed corn snacks kosher dairy.

After conducting a facility inspection—reviewing all aspects of production, KOF-K, managing certification of some of America’s most well-known brand names for nearly 50 years, kosherized the Cosmos Creations production plant.

“We knew it would be an important step to become Kosher certified and we’re committed to maintaining the certification,” stated Cosmos Creations vice president of sales, Jerid Strasheim.

The KOF-K Dairy seal will be printed on all Cosmos Creations packaging moving forward so consumers know they are buying food that meets the highest levels of Kosher law.

The Lord has provided us with tremendous opportunities for growth over the last year and we have found ourselves in a tough position.

To honor our relationships with current, and future, retailers we will be closing our retail outlet at Valley River Center as of February 1, 2013.

For the last three days, we’ve been exhibiting at our first major trade show as Cosmos Creations; the 38th Annual Winter Fancy Food Show.

Among 1,300 exhibitors, representing 35 different countries, we handed out nearly 10,000 samples over the course of the three day show. We talked with potential customers, new customers, even customers that have been with Cosmos since the very beginning. Everyone loved the product!

By the middle of the second day, show attendees were stopping our employees in the aisles, recognizing the logo on our shirts and asking us where our booth was located because they’d been hearing about Cosmos Creations from others on the show floor.

While we weren’t exactly sure what to expect going into it, we left the show with great feedback about our product and a refreshed excitement for what’s to come!

Some might say it has been a challenging year of change for Cosmos…building a new production plant, all new packaging, new recipes and even a new name; Cosmos Creations. It would not have been possible without the help of the great crew we have assembled and relied heavily on. It also wouldn’t have been possible without the continued support of you, our loyal and passionate customers.

There are a lot of exciting times ahead and we know we can rely on each one of you to help grow this company into something we will all be proud of.

However, it is the Lord that has blessed this company in incredible ways and will continue to guide and bless us each day moving forward. We should keep that in mind every day, but especially this time of year, because it is the time we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Please focus on and celebrate the Christ in Christmas. It’s not all the gifts or the glitter of the holidays. It’s about a Savior that came to Earth to die for our sins, so we could have eternal life with Him.

At this most Holy time of year, we pray that each of you and your family are truly blessed.

Hello! Welcome! Grab some Cosmos, take a seat and stay a while!

Over the course of the last few months, we’ve been busy creating new flavors, upgrading our packaging and completely revamping our brand identity.

And today we’re excited to reveal our new website.

Since Cosmos was founded back in 2004, our products have been our strongest asset and that’s still true today. We’re dedicated to all natural ingredients and remaining true to our creation. So much so, we’ve stepped up our investment in raw ingredients with Non-GMO corn and pure cane sugar.

We think you’ll agree that our new flavors and improved recipes will be a big hit. But don’t take our word for it…try them for yourself!

Right now you’re probably thinking to yourself, “sure, that sounds great. I’d love to try them for myself. I just need to know where to find them!”?

Well, lucky for you, part of our new website includes a brand new store locator that we think you’ll find very user friendly. We’re adding more retailers every day so if there aren’t any stores close to you right now, please be patient (and check back often!).
